By purchasing through or otherwise using Mini Jake, the user agrees to be bound by the following terms.

User Information

When placing an order through Mini Jake, the user agrees to provide accurate and complete information, and to update their online account and keep it accurate and complete. Mini Jake has the right to refuse access to or terminate the accounts of users who knowingly provide inaccurate and/or incomplete information.

Payment

Online purchases within the United States may be made with Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover through VeriSign Payment Services. Orders may be placed to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico but will require an additional shipping fee. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $20. On orders over $100 additional shipping is required (20% of the product price). Oversized items requiring freight delivery will incur an additional fee. International orders may not be made online; please call (011) 718 782 2005 or email info@minijake.com regarding international payment and shipping details. Mini Jake may need to verify any information the user provides before accepting an order. Online orders are not binding until received by Mini Jake.

Delivery / Shipping / Pick-up

Mini Jake will arrange for delivery of any piece purchased online, and time allowed depends upon availability, destination, and method of delivery. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges and applicable sales tax, which are not included in quoted price. Pieces that fall within UPS's size limits will be sent via UPS. When delivering anything larger, freight shipping charges may apply. Delivery must be arranged or pieces picked up within 14 days of full payment.

Mini Jake offers free UPS ground shipping on orders whose pre-tax total exceeds $100. This free shipping offer does NOT apply to oversized or overweight items that require freight shipping. In the event of a refund, orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to a $8.50 surcharge.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect all merchandise for obvious damage and to report the damage before signing off on delivery. We also recommend keeping copies of all shipping documents.

Mini Jake is not responsible for delays in transit or failure to deliver due to fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the customer, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, services or manufacturing facilities from usual sources, failure of suppliers, subcontractors or shippers to meet their contractual obligations, or any other causes of like or unlike nature beyond Mini Jake's reasonable control.

Returns

Returns of new merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was purchased. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for original shipping charges. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to a $8.50 surcharge in the event of a refund. Please contact Mini Jake at 718.782.2005 or at info@minijake.com before returning merchandise. Payment will be made upon receipt of returned merchandise assuming the return was previously authorized by us.

Privacy Policy

Mini Jake respects the privacy of its customers and will not under any circumstances share, distribute or sell its customers' information.

Online Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or other error, Mini Jake has the right to cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not an order has been confirmed and/or payment has been made. If payment has already been made and an order is canceled, Mini Jake will refund payment.

Availability

Availability of products (listed in hours, days, or weeks) is subject to change without notice. While we strive to keep our online inventory up to date, our on-site stock changes on a daily basis, and listed availability may not reflect current stock conditions.
